Thorlus is designed around Ugandan nursery, primary and secondary school structures. Your classes, terms, fee items and staff roles are configured during onboarding.
Do staff need special computers?
No. Thorlus is responsive and works in a modern browser on desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Can we move our existing records into Thorlus?
Yes. Existing data can be prepared for import during onboarding, depending on its format and quality. Your school can also start with a clean setup.
Can every staff member see all school data?
No. Access is role-aware. Administrators can assign permissions so bursars, teachers and other staff see the information and actions appropriate to their work.
Can we begin with only a few modules?
Yes. A school can start with students and fees, then introduce attendance, exams and other capabilities as the team becomes comfortable.
